Since it was formed in 2002, PD&MS has focused on developing a practical suite of tools to support our delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Today, these proven systems underpin our successful management of projects enabling us to deliver lean solutions whilst aligning with clients’ formal gated processes. This is all achieved without diluting the PD&MS offering of a collaborative, flexible, responsive, and high quality service. Such is the confidence in our delivery and management processes, we offer to complete our engineering services on a fixed price basis when agreed scope definition exists.

Over the years we have invested heavily in our planning, scheduling and cost control systems, developing in-house bespoke reporting tools that link Primavera and our time-writing and job card systems. These tools allow us to quickly evaluate productivity and analyse NPT so that proactive changes can be made to optimise project performance, both onshore and on site.

Our teams pride themselves on the PD&MS flexible approach to project execution, and on the cost reduction benefits that our scalable model offers without compromising quality or safety. PD&MS is continually seeking to improve and refine our systems and have launched the following fresh initiatives:

The creation of our inspection and maintenance repair (IMR) team dedicated to fast turnaround of minor like-for-like scopes and Repair Orders. 

PD&MS Accelerated Conceptual Engineering (PACE) where we work with our client to define fast-track solutions to more complex design problems and opportunities.
