Our Culture
PD&MS fosters a culture that’s all about ‘getting it right first-time, every time’, while working at pace and with urgency. We empower our people, and suppliers, to challenge traditional methods and make appropriate decisions that can benefit our customers and the project delivery process. By questioning established ways of working, we avoid complacency and pursue a more contemporary perspective. Eliminating needless bureaucracy has also played a part in encouraging our team to think for themselves, which in turn helps us to find fresh ways to improve on conventional ideas.
Our Genes culture was recognised at the 2019 OGUK Awards, where we won the prestigious Workforce Engagement Category – a great achievement driven by our team’s dedication and their successful embodiment of the Genes throughout the business.
