PD&MS Group is delighted to announce we’ve been registered as a Disability Confident Committed Employer, achieving level 1 status.
As part of our pledge to become a more inclusive employer, we are committed to creating and developing opportunities for underrepresented groups.
Simon Darwin, Head of Resourcing, commented:

Liam O’Neil, Chief Operating Officer, added:
As we look to continue to invest in and develop our multiskilled workforce, undertaking our level 1 commitments and working towards level 3 is key to strengthening our business. I’m excited to embark on our Disability Confident journey, and to actively create opportunities for those with disability in our organisation.

Disability Confident is a UK government scheme that helps employers to recruit and retrain great people while challenging attitudes and increasing awareness of disability. The scheme also helps to identify employers who are committed to inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
PD&MS was formed in 2002 and has grown from a specialist engineering service company working in the oil and gas sector, to an international engineering solutions provider operating across the broader energy industry. PD&MS Group incorporates both Synergie Environ Ltd and Optimus Plus (Aberdeen) Ltd.
