PD&MS has completed the acquisition of Optimus, an Aberdeen based Engineering Consultancy who delivers market leading front end engineering and design across the oil & gas and renewables sectors.
Optimus has over two decades of experience, providing innovative solutions across a range of end markets and this acquisition will provide greater strength and depth to PD&MS Group as it continues to grow in the energy and industrial sectors.

The business now operates as Optimus Plus (Aberdeen) – a subsidiary of global engineering business PD&MS Group, which has operations in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Azerbaijan and has around 650 personnel.
